Seafood Show Shipping Policy

At Seafood Show, we are committed to delivering the freshest premium seafood directly to your door. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we utilize specialized insulated packaging and rapid delivery networks.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and packed with meticulous care to maintain optimal temperature.

  • Orders placed before [e.g., 2:00 PM EEST] on All days will be processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM] will be processed the following business day.

  • To prevent our fresh products from being held in transit facilities over the weekend, we do not ship on [e.g., Fridays, Saturdays, or days preceding major public holidays].

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery options:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier disruptions. We closely monitor all shipments to mitigate any impact on the quality of your seafood.

3. Packaging & Cold Chain Integrity

Maintaining the cold chain is our top priority. All Seafood Show orders are packed in heavily insulated custom coolers  to keep your items at the required temperature well beyond the scheduled transit time.

  • Please unpack your items and transfer them to a refrigerator or freezer immediately upon receipt.
